Consent to receive messages may be collected directly through our Services, at a point of sale, via online forms, or through third-party platform integrations (such as Square) where the recipient has opted in to receive marketing communications. All messaging requires affirmative opt-in consent from the recipient regardless of the method of collection.

The Services and their entire contents, features, and functionality — including but not limited to all software, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks — are owned by horoco LLC and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, or publicly display any portion of the Services without our prior written consent.
You retain ownership of any content you submit, post, or display through the Services ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant horoco a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the Services. You represent that you have all necessary rights to grant this license and that your User Content does not violate the rights of any third party.
The Services may integrate with or contain links to third-party websites, services, or platforms. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party services. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to the terms and conditions of those services.
Certain features of the Services may require payment of fees. All fees are stated in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated. THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. HOROCO DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL HOROCO LLC, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless horoco LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State in which horoco LLC is organized, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction in that State.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and horoco LLC regarding the use of the Services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
